Shipping Policy
How It Works
All orders are tracked and sent via courier.
*Please allow a few extra days to our delivery times, due to the pandemic.*
We are able to send gifts straight to the recipient as long as you provide us with the full, correct address.
Local Area Deliveries:
If you are located in the areas stated below, our team will hand deliver your order to you, or your loved ones.
Areas that qualify are: Croydon, Bromley, Anerley, Orpington, Addiscombe, Thornton Heath, New Addington, Norbury, Westerham, Warlingham, Shirley, Sanderstead, Purley, Caterham, Coulsdon, Whyteleafe, Kenley and Crystal Palace.
Premade Items:
We aim to deliver our premade/ready to ship items in 3-5 working days​. *Please check the items description to see whether it is premade or not*
Handmade/hand organised items:
Handmade gifts could take a little longer as these are made to order, we aim to have those delivered within 3-7 working days.
Personalised items:​
If you would like to personalise an item, please contact us before making your purchase via email or send us a DM on instagram.

All other deliveries - £5

Returns and Refunds
Please read before purchasing!
Due to the majority of our items being handmade/made to order, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges. We aim to make sure you are satisfied with our goods before you order to avoid these issues.
